Welcome to Your Hive · DIY mini course
Carry less in your head.
An AI course for creatives and busy brains. Build a little team of AI helpers, called bees, that draft your emails, plan your posts, watch your money and hold your to-do list. You stay the one who decides.
No tech skills. You talk, copy and paste.
Support for busy, neurodivergent and overloaded brains
Your hive lives in your own accounts, and you choose what it sees
You finish with
A working hive
- 1Your one-page OS, the guide every bee reads first
- 2Your first two bees, set up and tested
- 3Your own voice guide
- 4Your first page online, with a link you can send
Be honest
Does this sound familiar?
- You answer the same client questions from scratch, usually at 10pm.
- You know you should post, but the caption box stays blank.
- You open the bank app with one eye closed.
- Your to-do list lives in five places, and the real one is in your head.
- You know exactly what to do, and you still can't start.
- It's 4pm and nobody knows what's for dinner. Including you.
- You tried AI, but you had to explain yourself every single time, and it didn't sound like you.
Your brain isn't broken. It's carrying too much.
So what is the Hive?
One messy talk. A whole team of bees.
The Hive is a simple way to set up Claude, an AI app, so it works like a little team that already knows you.
01
You talk it out
Record a voice memo about your real week: your work, your people, your prices, the stuff that drives you nuts. Messy is perfect. This is your Guided Rant.
02
Your bees get their jobs
Each bee is a helper in Claude with one job: clients, content, money, your day, home. They all read the same folder of your facts, so you never explain yourself twice.
03
You say yes
Your bees draft the email, the post, the plan or the page. You read it, tweak it and decide. That's the whole job now.
The one rule
My bees draft. I decide.
Nothing gets emailed, posted, paid or deleted without your yes.
Your whole system
What could your hive take off your plate?
Here's the kind of thing a hive can carry. You pick what yours does first.
Your clients
The inbox and follow-ups
- Inquiry replies in your voice, with your real prices
- Follow-ups so nobody slips through
- Booking calls only in the hours you actually have
Your content
Posts and newsletters
- One voice memo into a week of captions
- Reel hooks and carousel outlines
- Newsletter drafts waiting for your yes
Your money
Pricing and numbers
- A weekly money check you don't dread
- Who still owes you, and what to say
- Subscriptions you forgot you pay for
Your day
Start, decide, remember
- One tiny first step when you're frozen
- Your one thing now, and a safe "not now" list
- Realistic time for brains that guess low
Your home
The family load
- The week's dinners from your saved recipes
- Packing lists, birthdays and trips
- The school stuff you'd otherwise remember at 11pm
Your pages
Make it pretty
- A tired PDF into a page with a link
- Forms and price lists people actually use
- All in your own colors and fonts
Before your hive, and after
What it looks like in real life
These are running in my business and home right now.
Before
The inquiry inbox
Every inquiry answered from scratch. Digging for last year's prices. Replying three days late and feeling bad about it.After
Drafts waiting for you
A client bee drafts each reply in your voice, with your real prices and policies, and suggests call times inside your work hours.
Before
The blank caption box
Knowing you should post. Staring at the screen. Posting nothing, again. After
One talk, a week of posts
You talk for ten minutes. Your content bee turns it into reels, captions and a newsletter that sound like you, all waiting for one review.
Before
The list in your head
Five lists, sticky notes and screenshots. Everything feels urgent, so nothing gets started. After
One thing now
Your day bee knows your real schedule. It hands you one thing now, plans for how long things actually take, and keeps the rest safe.
"I had no idea how much thinking about dinner was eating up my mental space, until I didn't have to."

Is it for you?
This is for you if
Yes, you
- You run a small business, and maybe a household too
- Your brain is full, and you're tired of being the only one who remembers
- You want help, but you want it to sound like you
- You'd rather talk than type
Maybe not yet
- You want AI to post and send things without you looking
- You're not open to a paid Claude plan
- You'd rather have it built for you (see Fill Your Hive below)

Good to know
Your questions
Do I need to be techy?
No. You talk, copy and paste. Every step tells you exactly what to click, with pictures.
Will it make me sound like a robot?
Not if it learns from you. Your bees start from you talking in your own words, and you build a voice guide from how you really write and speak. They draft. You decide.
Do I have to pay for Claude?
Yes. Your hive lives in your own Claude account, on a paid plan you buy from Claude. It's yours, not mine.
Can it help with executive function?
Yes, and that's why I built it. Your hive can hand you one tiny step when you're frozen, pick your one thing now, and plan for how long things really take. It doesn't replace your doctor, your meds or your people. It just carries some of the load.
Is my information safe?
Your hive lives in your own Claude and Google accounts, not mine. I can't see your chats.
You choose what to connect, you can switch anything off anytime, and the course shows you where each setting lives. More in my AI Policy and Privacy Policy.
How long does it take?
About 4 to 8 hours, spread over a couple of weeks. You don't have to be comfy with tech. It just goes faster if you are.
How do you feel about AI and ethics?
Honestly, two things can be true. AI has real problems, and it has also given me back hours of my week. Everyone gets to draw their own line, and "not for me" is a real answer.
Can I get a refund?
Because you get everything right away, all course sales are final. If you get stuck, email me and I'll help you through it. See the Terms.
What if I get stuck?
Email me. And you can move up to Hatch Your Hive anytime. Your $97 comes off within 30 days.
