This policy covers my website, the quiz, my courses (including Welcome to Your Hive and À La Carte Made Easy), my emails and my calls, run by Lavenders Flowers LLC ("we" or "us").

How it's handled

  1. How we use it

    Only to run the courses, the quiz, our emails and our services, and to answer you. We don't sell your information and we don't run ads with it.

  2. Who helps us

    The tools above store and process information for us under their own privacy policies. We also use AI assistants, including Claude by Anthropic, to help draft replies, organize notes and prepare for calls. A person (Janelle) reviews and decides on anything sent to you.

  3. Your words and stories

    We only share a testimonial, your name or anything from your call publicly with your written permission.

  4. Emails

    Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing emails doesn't remove your course access.

  5. Cookies

    Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Our site runs on Squarespace, which uses a few that the site needs to work, like keeping it secure and remembering your cookie choice. Others, like counting visits so we can see which pages help, only run if you say yes in the cookie banner.

    We don't use advertising cookies or ad tracking pixels. The course site (Thinkific) and booking page (Acuity) set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. You can change your mind any time by clearing cookies in your browser, and the banner will ask you again.

  6. Recordings

    Calls are only recorded with your agreement. Recordings are shared with you and kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

  7. How long we keep things

    For as long as you have course access or an active service, and after that only as long as we need for records, taxes or legal reasons.

  8. Your choices

    You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing janelle@lavendersfloral.com. California residents have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete it. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

  9. Kids

    Our courses and services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

  10. Changes

    If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
