These terms cover every course I sell, including Welcome to Your Hive and À La Carte Made Easy, plus Hatch Your Hive and Fill Your Hive sessions.

- All sales are final. If something isn't working, email me and I'll help fix it.
- What you make is yours. My lessons, prompts and helpers stay mine, licensed for your own business.
- You choose what you share with AI, in your own accounts. Your bees draft, you decide.
- Sessions: reschedule once with 24 hours' notice, like a doctor's office.
Part 1
Course Terms of Purchase
By buying a course, you agree to these terms. All sales are final.
Who we are
Our courses are sold by Lavenders Flowers LLC in Santa Ana, California ("we" or "us"). Questions go to janelle@lavendersfloral.com. Mail goes to 1414 Ritchey Street, Unit C, Santa Ana, CA 92705.
What you get
Access for one person to the course you bought: its lessons, videos, pages, prompts and downloads (for Welcome to Your Hive, that includes the Hive Kit helpers), for as long as we offer the course online. If we ever retire a course, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can save your materials.
Price and payment
You pay the price shown at checkout, in USD. Payments are processed by Thinkific and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
No refunds
Because courses are digital and you get access right away, all sales are final. If something isn't working or you can't get in, email us and we'll help fix it. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may pause your access while it's resolved.
Your login is yours alone
Please don't share your login, videos, prompts or files. We may close an account that's being shared.
Our content stays ours
The lessons, videos, pages, prompts, helpers and names (including The Hive, the Guided Rant, the Hive House, the OS Download and À La Carte Made Easy) belong to Lavenders Flowers LLC. You may use and change the prompts and helpers to build and run your own hive and your own business. You may not resell, republish, share or teach them as your own course, product or service.
What you make is yours
Your rant, your OS, your voice guide, your bees and your pages belong to you.
Tools you'll need
Some courses use outside tools. The Hive courses use Claude (by Anthropic) and Google, and you'll need your own accounts and a paid Claude plan, which you buy from them directly. Their terms, prices and features are theirs and can change, so your screens may look different from the lessons.
Changes to the course
We may update, add to or reorder lessons and tools to keep them current.

The AI and Results Disclaimer below is part of these terms.
Limits on our liability
Courses are provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or anything an AI tool produces or does. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
California law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in place when you bought the course applies to your purchase.
Part 2
AI and Results Disclaimer
The Hive teaches you to set up AI helpers you control. You decide what they do, and you're responsible for what you send, post or rely on.
Not affiliated
Claude is a product of Anthropic. The Hive and Lavenders Flowers LLC are independent and aren't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic, Google, Thinkific or any other tool we mention. Those names belong to their owners.
You pay them directly
Your hive lives in your own accounts. You buy and manage your own Claude plan and other tools, and their terms and privacy policies apply.
AI makes mistakes
AI can be wrong, out of date or off in tone. Read everything before you send, post, pay or act on it. Our one rule is that your bees draft and you decide.
Your data, your choice, your responsibility
You choose what you share with AI tools and which accounts and files you connect, and you're responsible for that choice. Your hive runs in your own AI accounts, under those companies' terms and privacy settings, not ours. We don't see or store what you share with your AI unless you choose to show us.
Only share information you have the right to share, including your clients' details, and don't put in sensitive information (passwords, financial or health records, other people's private details) unless you're comfortable with how your AI provider handles it. You'll be asked to confirm this when you buy and again before your first lesson.
No guaranteed results
Time saved and results depend on you, your business and your tools. Any examples, including Janelle's own, are not a promise of what you'll get. We make no income or earnings claims.
Not professional advice
Nothing in the courses or calls is legal, financial, tax, medical or mental health advice. Janelle shares her own experience as a neurodivergent business owner and mom, not as a clinician.
Part 3
Hatch Your Hive and Fill Your Hive
These terms apply when you book a Hatch Your Hive or Fill Your Hive session with Lavenders Flowers LLC. The AI and Results Disclaimer above is part of them. (Before November 7, 2026, these were called Build Your Hive and The Full Hive. Same services, same terms.)
What's included
- Hatch Your Hive ($597 founding price, then $997): your Guided Rant and OS Download prep, your OS drafted before we meet, one 75 minute call to set up your first bees together, a follow-up email with your recording, and a one week check-in.
- Fill Your Hive ($1,797 founding price): everything in Hatch Your Hive, plus a second call, the PDFs or forms listed in your proposal turned into pages, and a 30 day check-in.
Payment
Hatch Your Hive is paid in full through Acuity when you book your session. Fill Your Hive is paid in full before your first call, through the payment link I send you after our discovery call.
Your prep
Your Guided Rant and prep forms are due 5 days before your call. Please have a paid Claude plan and a Google account ready before we meet. If prep comes in late, we may move your call so it's ready for you.
Scheduling
Calls happen during Janelle's set work hours. Like a doctor's office, we hold your time just for you. You can reschedule once, with at least 24 hours' notice. A change with less than 24 hours' notice, a missed call, or arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as your call being used.
Refunds
All sales are final. Your prep, OS and materials are digital and start as soon as you book, so services are non-refundable. If we ever have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund for anything not yet delivered.
Recordings
Calls are recorded only with your agreement, and the recording is for you. We'll only use any part of it for teaching or marketing with your separate written yes.
Your accounts stay yours
We will never ask for your passwords. You connect your own apps and stay in control of your accounts, files and data. What we build together belongs to you. Our methods, prompts and helpers stay ours and are licensed to you for your own business, the same as in the course terms.
Course credit
If you bought Welcome to Your Hive in the last 30 days, the $97 you paid comes off your session price.
Limits on our liability
Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service. These terms are governed by California law, with any dispute handled in Orange County, California.
