You're in
Three little helpers, free.
Here they are. Each one is a prompt you copy into Claude and talk to. No setup, no tech, and the free plan works fine. Start with whichever one sounds like today.
Open Claude in a new tab, or the app on your phone.
Tap Copy on a helper below and paste it into a new chat.
Talk or type like you would to a friend. Messy is fine.
01
Now or Not Now
Turn a messy brain dump into the one thing to do now, and a safe list for everything else.
2 minutes
How to use it
- Talk or type everything on your mind, in any order.
- Paste the prompt above it and send.
What you'll get
Your one NOW thing, a short not-now list, and who's waiting on you.
The prompt
Here's everything on my mind right now, in no order. Please sort it for me: 1. NOW: the one thing that matters most today, and why. If there's time, one or two more. 2. NOT NOW: everything else, grouped by area, so I can stop holding it in my head. 3. WAITING ON ME: anyone who needs a reply. Keep it short. Don't make me put things in order; that's your job.
02
Baby Step
For frozen days. One small first step at a time, with permission to stop.
2 minutes to start
How to use it
- Open a new chat and paste the prompt.
- Swap in the thing you're stuck on, even if it's just "laundry."
- Do the baby step, then come back and say "done."
What you'll get
One step under 2 minutes, a 10-minute timer, and a cheer when you finish.
The prompt
I'm stuck and can't start [the thing]. My brain might be frozen, overwhelmed or stuck deciding. Please help me one baby step at a time: 1. Ask me one quick question to figure out which kind of stuck it is: can't start, can't decide, or too much at once. 2. Give me one baby step that takes under 2 minutes. Just one. Something physical if you can, like "pick up one shirt." 3. Suggest a 10-minute timer, and tell me I'm allowed to stop when it rings. 4. Offer one small thing to make it more fun: music, a snack, a race against the timer. 5. When I say done, celebrate it, then ask: "Next baby step, or a happy stop?" Keep every message short. Never show me the whole list of what's left.
03
Talk It Out
The honest raw material that makes every other helper work better. Questions to answer out loud.
10 minutes, out loud
How to use it
- Hit record on a voice memo.
- Answer any of these. The more honest you are, the better your helpers can support you.
- Paste the transcript into Claude and ask it to tell you what it notices.
What you'll get
Raw material in your own voice, and a first look at what you carry.
The prompt
Tell me about yourself. What is your day to day like? What do you manage? What is stressing you out right now? What tasks do you do over and over? Tell me about your home life. Who's there, and what does a normal week ask of you? What are you hoping for, this year and someday? What are you proud of? What are you really good at? What do you love, and what really bothers you?
When you're ready
Want helpers that already know you?
These three start fresh every time. A hive is a small team of helpers, each with one job, that know your week, your people and your voice, and wait for your yes.
